HOLDEN, Mo. - Students at Holden High School listened to sirens and screams Friday, as 18-year-old Jackson Hill's lifeless body lay in the street after he was thrown off his motorcycle. Another student died after going through the windshield of the car that hit Jackson. The driver of that car was texting while driving.
While this scenario was only a simulation, it is the reality for many teens each year.
Fox 4's Terra Hall is working for you with how Jackson created the mock crash to send a message to his peers - that texting or drinking while driving are deadly combinations.
