Report: Job Growth in KC Better Than Thought

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- There's some good news for job seekers in Kansas City, as new revisions in economic data show that more businesses are hiring and more jobs are being created than previously thought.

According to the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Kansas City is set to have faster job growth than other areas of the nation. The chamber says that more businesses are hiring because they have to, and gains in productivity aren't keeping pace with consumer demands.
