KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- You probably get them a lot - emails telling you that you need to update your password at your bank, or confirm personal information on your PayPal account.

Every single one of them is spam, set up by crooks trying to steal personal information. Most of the emails are easy to spot, but FOX 4 Problem Solver Linda Wagar reports that others can be tricky.
