Healthy Habits: Avocado Smoothie


  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
  • 1 cup light vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat or fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 8 ice cubes


  •  Combine the avocado, milk, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth.
