Smokehouse BBQ Ribs, Cole Slaw and Beans

The folks from Smokehouse BBQ stopped by the FOX 4 Morning Show to show off their ribs, cole slaw and beans.

Smokehouse Baby Back Ribs:
1 slab baby back ribs
1 cup mustard
1 bottle Smokehouse dry rub

Brush ribs with mustard until completely covered
Liberally dust ribs with Smokehouse dry rub
Place in 225 degree smoker for 3-4 hours, until internal temperature is 180 degrees.

Smokehouse Beans

1/2 cup Smokehouse Baked Bean Sauce for each 15 oz. can of beans.

Blend well and bake 35-45 minutes @ 350 degrees.
add a little chopped, smoked brisket or diced onion before baking.
Each jar has enough baked bean sauce for 4 cans of beans.

Smokehouse Cole Slaw

1/2 pound of Cole Slaw mix
1 quart of Salad Dressing
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of white distilled vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon of Celery Seed

Mix well and refrigerate for 24 hours if possible. Makes 1 gallon.
