ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Questions and outrage continue over a video clip posted to a mother's facebook page.

On screen, two small children are seen fighting while the mother cheers them on and encourages them to use their fists.

It is video that's hard to watch. For many, even harder to believe. A mother egging on her little girl, not even out of diapers, in a fist fight.

"Got some action! Got some action! Y'all better ball up some fists!" the mother is heard shouting.

A woman who knows the mother didn't find it amusing and alerted others to the video.

"She needs her daughter taken away from her until she can better herself," the woman, who didn't want to be identified said.

"Ball up your fist? It's like she's training her before she starts school or something. It's sad because today`s society in the black community it's really sickening that these kids are learning how to fight, get guns and stuff, and it shouldn`t be going on," the acquaintance of the mother said.

Dr Russell Hyken, a child psychologist watched the video and had this reaction:

"That's pretty overwhelming. Those are small children that really don`t even understand what is going on. I mean one child is screaming and the other child continues to go after her.  I mean what is going on here?" Dr. Hyken said.

When asked about the video, Missouri's Department of Social Services said they can't comment on specific cases. But Dr. Hyken believes this should be on their radar.

"I think it is something that they at least need to be looking at.  I don` t know the law in that area, but as a therapist, and a family therapist at that, I`m pretty concerned the parents are encouraging violence and putting their kids in a physically abusive situation," Dr. Hyken said.
