Grilled  Cinnamon Peaches

Serves 4


  • 4 ripe peaches
  • Olive oil
  • Agave nectar or honey - to taste
  • Cinnamon - to taste


  • Cut peaches in half and remove pits
  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat
  • Brush peach halves with olive oil
  • Transfer the peaches to the grill, cut-side down, and cook until grill marks appear, about 3 minutes turn and grill until the skin starts to shrivel and the peach softens, 4 minutes more

Optional - drizzle with honey or agave, and sprinkle cinnamon over cooked peaches.
