JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. -- The Johnson County Water Department is raising eyebrows after encouraging customers to purchase a home warranty from a company with a troubled reputation.

Water One customers are encouraged to use the warranty company to protect themselves in case anything goes wrong with the water line that runs from their home to the street.
