Ex-Chiefs Player Larry Johnson Arrested for Strangling Woman
LAS VEGAS — Former Chiefs running back Larry Johnson was arrested in Las Vegas for strangling his ex-girlfriend, TMZ reports.
The woman reportedly lost consciousness but is expected to be okay. According to TMZ, the incident happened at the Bellagio Hotel. When police arrived they found the victim crying. She reportedly had bruises and scratches on her neck.
Johnson is expected in court Saturday morning. This is the fifth time since 2003 that Johnson has been arrested for domestic violence, according to TMZ. Each time Johnson was accused of assaulting a woman.
