KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Imagine waking up one morning to find out that your car is being repossessed -- for a title loan that you never took out.

That is precisely what Drichele McKinney of Kansas City, Missouri, says happened to her. Now, she says that she's being told that if she doesn't pay up, she'll never see her car again.

McKinney says that she's made numerous phone calls to Speedy Cash to try and prove that she doesn't owe for a title loan, and she's even filed a police report on the case. But she is also worried that her options are running out, and her car will soon be sold to collect a debt she doesn't owe.
