School Buses Collide in Northland

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Authorities say that two school buses collided in the Northland on Friday afternoon, injuring at least five people.

Authorities say that it happened near 108th Street and Cookingham Drive in Liberty. The buses - both from the Liberty School District - were transporting students from South Valley Junior High School.

Three students and two adults suffered minor injuries in the accident. They were taken to Liberty Hospital for treatment, and have all been released.
