Festivus "Juan"tons
·    Spray inside of muffin pan with cooking spray
·    Place in preheated 35o degree oven for 9 minutes or until golden brown
Kale & Bacon Juantons
·    4 oz. (1/2 slab) of bacon
·    24 oz. of kale
·    2 tbsp. of brown sugar
·    2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
·    1 tbsp. hot sauce
·    1 tsp. of garlic powder
·    1 tsp. of onion powder
·    Salt & pepper to taste
·    Juanton cups

·    Sauté bacon until crispy
·    Use 2 tbsp. of grease to sauté kale
·    Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, hot sauce
·    Stir constantly
·    Remove when kale is soft
·    Fill Juanton cup

Pulled Turkey & Cranberry BBQ Sauce Juantons
·    1 turkey breast
·    2 cups of water
·    22 oz. (1 bottle) of American Stockyard Harvest Apple BBQ Sauce
·    24 oz. of jellied cranberry sauce
·    Juanton cups

·    Cook turkey breast in crock pot on high for 8-12 hours or until easily shredded with a fork
·    Mix BBQ sauce and cranberry sauce until thoroughly blended
·    Bake wontons for 8 minutes at 350
·    Put shredded turkey in bottom of wonton cups
·    Top with equal amount of cranberry BBQ sauce

Black Bean & Raspberry Juantons
·    1 can of black beans, drained
·    1 jar of Fiesta Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce
·    8 oz. block of cream cheese
·    Juanton cups
·    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
·    Fill wontons with 1 tbsp. each of black beans, Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce and cream cheese
·    Bake for 10 minutes

Buffalo Chicken Dip
·    2 chicken breasts
o    Season with salt & pepper
o    Dice into ½" chunks
·    2 teaspoons of canola oil or olive oil
·    2 cups of Greek yogurt
·    1 cup of Pain Is Good Buffalo Blue Cheese Wing Sauce
o    For a milder version, use 3/4 cup
·    1 cup of diced celery
·    ½ cup of chopped cilantro
·    Sauté chicken in oil
·    Remove & let cool
·    Mix Greek yogurt, Pain is Good Buffalo Blue Cheese Wing Sauce and chicken
·    Transfer to a microwave-safe dish
·    Cover & heat for 3 minutes
·    Add celery & cilantro
·    Serve hot

·    Cheesecake in a Jar - Traditional or Chocolate
·    Assorted fruits - apples, blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, pear, raspberries, strawberries

·    Spread cheesecake over cookies
·    Top with fruit
