  • 1 lb pulled pork from Boston Butt recipe
  • 12 oz bag of your favorite tortilla chips
  • Can of black beans, drained
  • Jar of Nacho cheese sauce
  • Jar of Pickled jalapenos
  • Sour Cream (mixed with sauce or rub)
  • Scallions, chopped – for garnish


Heat pulled pork, beans, and nacho cheese sauce seperately.  Layer chips, pulled pork, beans, and cheese.  Top with jalapenos and sour cream.  Garnish with scallions and serve.
