Kim Gordon of Conveniently Natural is here to discuss how to turn your resolutions into healthy habits that last all year long, and to show a great recipe that uses zucchini instead of pasta.

Zucchini Noodles with Pesto

  • 1-2 zucchinis, spiraled

Pesto recipe:

  • 2 c fresh basil leaves (pressed very firmly down)
  • 2 second pour of lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8.45 oz container of coconut water
  • 1 c pine nuts

Blend in food processor and toss with zucchini "noodles".
