Filling the Gas Tank More Painful Again

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Drivers have by now noticed that filling their gas tanks got more expensive this week.

In the Kansas City metro area, drivers are now paying around $3.40 a gallon after two increases in the past week.

Analysts blame rising oil prices, refineries shut down for maintenance and lower gasoline supplies.
