Prisoner charged with 120 counts of child offenses in Livingston County

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — Daniel J. Myers, 33, has been accused of 120 counts of child offenses in Livingston County, Missouri.

On Feb. 1, Judge James P. Valbracht signed an arrest warrant for Myers, who is currently incarcerated in the Farmington Correctional Center for other convictions.

Myers is accused for an alleged 60 counts of statutory rape in the 1st degree and 60 counts of statutory sodomy in the 1st degree.

All of the acts are alleged to have taken place in Livingston County between January 2003 and December 2007.

The case is being prosecuted by Livingston County Attorney Adam Warren.
