This story is hurts our reputation and this company is violating U.S. Trademark laws. The owner “Kevin Harlow”, is violating U.S. Trademark laws by using the name “The Gate Doctor”, which we have a valid trademark on. We have sent a cease and desist letter, and yet he still is insist to continue to infringe upon our trademark. We will be turning this matter over to our attorney to pursue legal action against the owner for legal remedies and possible restitution for damages. “The Gate Doctor” should not be confused with this company or the individual who continues to thumb his nose at the laws.
