INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — An Independence man has been charged in a child sex and domestic assault case involving two women.

Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker said on Tuesday Morgan Lee Littleton, 31, faces four counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and four counts of domestic assault in the second degree.

According to court records, Littleton had deviant sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old child on multiple occasions over several months. Adults in the home said some of the sexual assaults were videotaped.

Two women who lived in his Independence home said Littleton assaulted them, including slapping, slamming one against a wall and threatening to kill them and bury them in the backyard.

The women said they were both in a “continuing domestic relationship” with Littleton and that he requested they call him “Master”, according to court documents.

The women were beaten if they used Littleton’s real name, documents showed.

In one incident, one of the women said Littleton was upset there was no sugar in his coffee. Documents stated he slapped the woman across the face and threw a cigarette at her.

The child victim provided graphic accounts in court documents of molestation, which she said had been happening since November. As stated earlier, some of those incidents were videotaped. When the girl cried and told Littleton it hurt, he told her to “deal with it,” according to court documents.

In one instance, Littleton told the young girl she could have food if she performed oral sex. He also told the girl she could not see her friends if she didn’t perform oral sex on him, court documents said.

The case remains under investigation.

Prosecutors requested a cash bond of $500,000.
