KC bank robbed, search continues for robber

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Mo., police say the First Federal Bank, 1200 Armour Rd., was robbed just before 3 p.m. Monday.

According to police, a man walked in, approached a teller and said he was robbing the bank.

The teller told police she never saw a weapon.

The man fled on foot, police said.

Officers believe the man was in his 30s, 5’5″ tall, with short brown hair and wearing blue jeans and a blue t-shirt.

It’s unknown how much money, if any, the man might have taken.
