Mango Curry Dip

8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tablespoons sour cream
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup golden raisins  (1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped)
1 bunche green onion, chopped
½ cup dry roasted peanuts
1 jar of mango chutney (preferably Major Grey’s)
2-3 teaspoons curry powder


Place the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and cook for one minute to soften.  Using a hand mixer, mix for a minute till it gets lighter and fluffier.  Stir in the remainder of the ingredients. Enjoy with crackers, lavosh or crostini.
