KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Battling traffic during the morning commute is never fun, but for one man, Tuesday morning's drive into work was anything but routine.
FOX 4's Nick Vasos spotted the man on FOX 4's traffic cameras pushing his car along the shoulder of Westbound 470 through the Grandview triangle headed for I-435.
Vasos estimates the man pushed his vehicle for several hundred yards as cars and diesels zipped by at highway speeds. He almost reached the Grandview overpass. Vasos later spotted Motorist Assist pulling up to help.
No word on how late the man was to work or what was wrong with his car, but hopefully someone will let him know he made Kansas City television Tuesday morning.
