KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Getting caught up in work during the day can feel overwhelming. Buddhist minister Janet Taylor stopped by the FOX 4 Morning Show to explain how easy it is to create a quiet space at home to get away from it all, even for just a few minutes a day. She recommends placing a cushion or chair in the corner of a room and filling the area with inspirational photos and gifts from friends to create a relaxing environment.
