Grilled Peaches with Goat Cheese


3 Tablespoons local honey
4 Tablespoons pecans pieces, toasted
3 large peaches, halved and pitted
4 slices local bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 ½ ounces goat cheese, crumbled


Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil grill grate. Place peaches on grill, cut side down. Cook for about 5 minutes or until caramelized.  Turn peaches over and drizzle with honey, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from grill and top each half with pecans, bacon and goat cheese.
