KC Library highlights old buildings repurposed in the metro

During the month of August, the Kansas City Library is highlighting a number of old buildings that have been repurposed in Kansas City.

Lorenzo Butler said the library brings people in for presentations and they all comment on Kansas City's architecture -- especially downtown. Butler said the buildings are works of art that can and should be appreciated.
