Missing sisters found in Moberly, Mo.

GLADSTONE, Mo. -- Two sisters reported missing from Gladstone, Mo., on Tuesday were found in the early morning hours on Wednesday in Moberly, Mo.

The sisters, Marguerite Crain, 92, and Dorothy Thomas, 87, were last seen at Thomas' home. They both suffer from dementia.

A Silver Alert was issued for the women around 2 a.m. Wednesday. Police received reports the pair was seen in Hiawatha, Kan. Shortly before 6 a.m., police confirmed the sisters were found safe in Moberly and that family members were on their way to meet them.

Authorities in Moberly said an officer spotted the burgundy Impala the sisters were believed to have been in weaving all over the road. The officer pulled the vehicle over and upon speaking with the women realized they were the missing sisters from Gladstone.
