KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- His life and horrifying crimes still astonish us today. Now, a new book digs even deeper into the life of notorious murderer, Charles Manson. In his new book, "Manson: The Life and Times of Charles Manson," New York Times bestselling author, Jeff Guinn, helps us understand what obsessed Manson, and most terrifying of all, how he managed to persuade others to kill.
