Left-over Halloween candy? Use it in your upcoming holiday baking

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The costumes may be put away, but the sugar rush remains.

From Snickers bars to candy corn to Skittles, Halloween candy has a long shelf life.  So, it you have a ton of left-over candy, a local bakery has some ideas on how you can use it.

Sally Bennett from Sweet Perfection Bakery was a featured guest on Friday's FOX 4 Morning Show.  She had some ideas and recipes for some sweet candy-inspired desserts, including Sugar Cookies with Skittles Sugar, One Bowl Chocolate Cake and Candy Bar Dip.
