KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- U.S. attorneys indicted six people Wednesday for hiring and housing illegal workers, including the owner of Wei's Super Buffet Restaurants which have locations in Olathe and Kansas City, Mo.

Through tax records, federal investigators discovered the owner, his wife and four others were allegedly hiring undocumented workers at the restaurant.

One of the investigators said agents began surveillance of the establishment in 2011.

Barry Grissom, a U.S. Attorney from Kansas appeared on Thursday's FOX 4 Morning Show to talk about this case  and the continuing problem of undocumented workers in the Kansas City metro area.

So, has anyone followed up on this case? I have noticed that these restaurants appear open again. How does that happen after everyone associated with the business is arrested for either hiring or being an illegal immigrant?
