Silver Alert canceled for 87-year-old Raymore man

RAYMORE, Mo. — The Silver Alert issued for Kenneth Hunt, 87, has been canceled after he was found safe an uninjured on Wednesday.

Police issued the alert after Hunt could not be reached by phone Tuesday evening. He had last spoken with his son at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, saying he was at Casey’s General Store. Following that conversation Hunt’s phone pinged outside of Odessa, Mo., and his phone had been turned off.

Hunt suffers from dementia and his family was concerned for his safety.
