Try this delicious and nutritious smoothie from our friends at Hy-Vee:
All you need:
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1⁄8 cup raw cashews
- 1.5 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon packed fresh mint leaves, minced (or ½ teaspoon mint extract)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup skim milk or milk alternative
- 1⁄4 cup coconut water
- Stevia, to taste (optional)
All you do:
- Blend all of the ingredients except stevia together until smooth.
- Sweeten with stevia, if desired.
