Man pulls out handgun, robs bank in Overland Park

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — The FBI released pictures taken Thursday morning during a robbery at New Century Credit Union, 9201 W. 87th St.

Bridget Patton, FBI spokesperson, said the suspect walked into building alone at about 10:10 a.m.

bank suspectHe was wearing a navy stocking cap, a black bubble-style puffy jacket, red sweat pants, black gloves, black framed eye glasses and a black book bag.

He pulled out a handgun and demanded cash. Once it was given to him, he ran away with it and was last seen running westbound behind the bank.

red pants robberWitnesses estimate he was about 30-years old, 6 feet tall and had a skinny build.
