KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- While you're spending hard-earned money on the people you love this Christmas, others find a different (and illegal) way to finish their Christmas list.

Not very fair, is it?

Kansas City Police have posted to their website a list of people who have been arrested and charged with shoplifting this holiday season.  They call it 'Santa's Naughty List'.

Police say the accused shoplifted $25 or more worth of goods from Kansas City retailers.

The site will remain online until January 15.

Better have proof before posting pictures or I see law suites coming with this one! I like the idea though….just make sure they are convicted of the crime, not just accused! Would be a good idea all year long, actually! This might make them think twice before shoplifting, and keep our prices down.

I can’t say I agree with stealing, but this is a bad time of the year for people and Christmas is very sad cuz people get so disparate to get presents for their kids they will do any thing to have a gift for their kids, This is what the government has turned Christmas in too. Very sad that people feel they have to do any thing for their kids. And not all organizations have enough food or gifts for all the people that can really use it. There will be so many families with out food, gifts at Christmas.People who don’t really need it go take things from organizations when they really don’t need the help which screws the needed. So sad and now you are posting pics? REALLY???!!!!.
