Raytown student now known as a “Hero”

RAYTOWN, Mo. -- Several hours before he got ready to go to Raytown South High School Monday, 15-year-old Dayvion Cook dashed to save his family and their four pets from their burning house.  He told FOX 4's Robert Townsend about his heroic, lifesaving deed.

The home sustained serious damage, if you would like to assist the family with a donation, it can be sent to or made at any Community America Credit Union, the account number is: "Blessings".
