DURHAM, N.C. — Who needs more rest.. men or women?

According to researchers at Duke University, women need more sleep.

They say it’s because womens’ brains need more time to recover because they use more of their brains and do more multi-tasking during the day.

The study out of Duke University also found that sleep-deprived women often suffer from depression and anger, while these symptoms do not appear to affect sleep-deprived men.
