Foods you’re likely eating incorrectly

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Those of you who eat your bananas by popping the stem may find this a hard habit to break.

Food experts contacted by Huffington Post suggest turning it upside down (or right-side up?) and eating it from that end. Supposedly, the fruit inside should pop right out of its peel.

Then there’s their suggestions about pomegranates, pistachios, apples and sushi.
