Breakfast Sausage

1 pound ground turkey
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 small onion, diced
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon oil


Mix all ingredients will in bowl. Chill overnight. Form into patties. Fry slowly until brown on each side.

Makes 8 patties. Nutrition information per serving: Calories 152; Protein 15 gm; Carbohydrates 1 gm; Fat 9 gm; Sodium 201 mg; Without Salt 68 mg
