(CNN) — A Detroit man allegedly shot four people Friday because his tax refund check wasn’t ready, police said.

Three female employees and a male security guard were shot at Tax City, allegedly by a 19-year-old man who was taken into custody about 3:30 p.m., Detroit police Officer Adam Madera told CNN. The conditions of the victims were not available.

The alleged shooter entered Tax City Friday afternoon with two women, police said. One of the women argued with an employee before the shooting started.

A weapon was recovered at the scene, police said. FOX 2 in Detroit reports that one of the women turned herself in as a suspect, the other is still being sought, but as a witness.

Watch your mouth soldier. Its bad enough in our urban communities that our struggles are so stressful or has become so frustrated to some PEOPLE that when we do go out and seek living base salary jobs; for so our kids can have the same comfort and hope as your kids Mr. Clown yourself. However; opportunities are only handed to people that send earned wages back outside to the countries they came from Mr. Clown. By the way. We been here since day one with you. But everybody in Gods world either gets tax write offs or don’t have to pay taxes (?) Accept Colored Americas. Thats built up frustrations in those kids. We have degrees and trades. But only 4% you will see on a construction project or the railroads and factories etc. My heart is for the victims. And yes they all need to face justice. :-(
