LEAWOOD, Kan. -- Police want to find the men who sprayed a security officer with pepper spray and threatened to shoot him at the Macy's Department Store, 5100 W. 119th St. on Thursday, Feb. 27.

Police say the Loss Prevention Officer saw a man cutting the anti-theft wire from some purses. When he approached the man, he and an accomplice sprayed the officer and threatened him with a gun, although they never showed they had a gun.

The suspects left the scene in a tan or gold-colored Honda passenger car, according to witnesses. Police believe these same men stole from Metro North Mall.
