OTTAWA, Kan. — Kyle Flack returned to court Wednesday in Ottawa, Kan., for the second day of his preliminary hearing.
Flack is charged with the spring 2013 murders of Steven White, 31, Andrew Stout, 30, Kaylie Bailey, 21 and Lana Bailey, 1.
Prosecutors presented more evidence in the case against him on Wednesday when they called a pathologist to testify. The pathologist said all the victims died of gunshot wounds. The pathologist said that Lana Bailey did not die right away and that she would have been aware of what was happening.
Police found the adult victims on the farm where Flack once lived. Lana Bailey’s body was found in a suitcase in Osage County.
