KANSAS CITY, Kan. — A jackknifed semi at the I-670/70 split in Kansas City, Kan., slowed traffic Wednesday morning. The big rig somehow straddled the concrete barrier on the interstate. Weather may have contributed to the accident. Crews are currently working to remove the semi from off the barrier. It’s unclear if there are any injuries at this time.
