First off Those Fake lashes were ridiculous! They looked fake.
Second that was nasty she used the same white eyeliner on one girls eye and then again on the other girls lips? Contamination and not sharing makeup is one of the first things they teach in cosmetology classes!
Third The conditioner trick is dumb Conditioner on the ends of the hair adds weight and builds up in the hair making it more dull and lifeless.
You want shiny glossy hair on the cheap?
Take mayonnaise and cover your hair in it put on a plastic shower cap and sit for 30 minutes Then go wash that out with shampoo and condition your hair and rinse. Apply a little argon and or Moroccan oil to the ends of your hair and a heat protector I use Tresemme Keratin smooth Heat protecting spray and then I flat Iron my hair with my wet to straight Iron. All at a cost of around 10 bucks a month.
