Authorities urge water safety following metro drownings

BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. — Following recent drownings in and around the Kansas City area over the weekend, authorities are urging everyone to practice summer safety precautions. The most important measures to put into place include wearing life jackets and never swim alone. FOX 4’s Katie Ferrell has shares more summer safety tips in the video below.
