PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — The screams of one-year-old twin girls left alone in a car compelled neighbors to call police, and when officers arrived, they say they found 27-year-old Juan Munford having sex with a woman behind a building last Friday.
Sister station WTVR reports Munford was charged with two counts of felony child endangerment and a misdemeanor for indecent exposure; the woman he was allegedly having sex with was charged with indecent exposure as well. The twins were taken to a hospital as a precaution and later placed in the custody of child protective services.
Police found the girls alone in a parked car with the windows rolled down while he was found about 30 feet away. He has bonded out according to online records after being given a $1,000 secure bond. A legal analyst tells WTVR that the low bond amount may be because the crime happened in a rural setting and that the incident may not be as serious as the charges make it sound.
The analyst also tells WTVR that he believes the Commonwealth of Virginia will have a difficult time convicting Munford on the felony level, get those details here.

I feel sorry for the babies.

It depends on how hot it was outside in order to charge him with child endangerment. If they weren’t in extreme heat, he should not be charged. There is no law against allowing your kids to cry. Admittedly, he isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed.
