Man found dead, presumed killed by train

KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Police are investigating after a man was found dead in the 2700 block of Merriam Lane in Kansas City, Kan. Officers determined the man had been stuck by a train. Police received the call around 5 a.m. Tuesday.

He is described as a white male in his 40s. His death remains under investigation. No other details have been released at this time.
