Recipes: Healthy chicken nuggets and fries

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- To prepare the recipe as seen in this video, follow these instructions:

Chicken Nuggets

One Chicken breast cut in cubes

1/2 cup ground oat bran

2 tsp ground garlic

1 tsp chili powder

2 egg whites

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Dip Chicken in egg white

Then tip in dry coating mix

Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam

Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees

Healthy Fries

Butternut squash-cut into fries

Seasoning Salt

Bake at 425 for 30 Minutes
