Master Irish Craftsman/woodworker, Liam O’Neill is in Kansas City for the Irish festival where he will discuss how a bowl he crafted changed the course of history.

Wood was the turning point in the 2006 Northern Ireland Peace Talks. Liam will also discuss his journey to becoming one of the top wood turners in Ireland, and how his pieces are now being used throughout the world. Program is free and open to the public. Liam will also be giving a wood turning demonstration at this weekend’s Irish Fest. But prior to the festival, Liam visited FOX 4’s Morning Show where he demonstrated how to ‘turn’ a small piece of woodwork for us.
