Royal cocktails for the World Series

Just in time for the World Series, some Royals cocktails make a splash. Recipes from Mary Rodriguez of Diamond Girls Bartenders.

Cooperstown Cocktail

1 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
two dashes bitters

Shake and pour into martini glass – garnish with fresh mint leaves

Blue Diamond Fizz

1 1/2 ounces gin
1 1/2 ounces blue curacoa
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Shake and strain off into champagne flute – Top with champagne

Take me out to the ball game

1 1/2 ounces Crown Royal
1 ounce Frangelico
1 ounce Amaretto
1 ounce apple cider
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt

Shake and strain off into rocks glass that has been rimmed with crushed Cracker Jack
