Firefighters knock down Kansas City house fire Monday morning

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Firefighters knocked down a house fire Monday morning near 43rd Terrace and Elmwood in Kansas City, Mo. No injuries were reported, but the home is expected to be a total loss.

A woman at the scene spoke with FOX 4's Katie Ferrell and said the home belonged to her aunt, who wasn't home at the time.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
