James Hull of Jack Stack features a recipe in honor of the Red Stocking Breakfast, which benefits the Kansas Children's Service League.

Smoked Denver Scramble

Ingredients:

1) 4 oz eggs
2) 1.5 oz Ham Burnt Ends
3) 1T chopped yellow onion
4) 1T chopped green bell pepper
5) 1T chopped red bell pepper
6) 1T Pit Cheese Blend
7) TT kosher salt

Directions:

1) sauté onion and peppers until translucent
2) add ham burnt ends to bring to temp
3 add eggs and cook to coagulation
4) fold in pit cheese until fully incorporated
5) season to taste
6) serve
