Neighbors say Topeka man was arrested after shooting his brother to death

TOPEKA, Kan. — Police arrested one person after the shooting death of a man late Friday night.

Topeka police identified the victim as 49-year-old James Reeder.

Neighbors said Reeder’s older brother is the man who is in custody. They reported hearing a loud argument before the shooting began.
